- Account data — name and email via Google OAuth sign-in
- Usage data — pages visited, searches, notes and pipeline entries you create
- Billing data — subscription status managed by Stripe; we do not store card numbers
- Log data — IP address, browser type, request timestamps
How We Use Your Information
- To provide and improve the Service
- To send email alerts for saved searches (only if you enable this)
- To process billing via Stripe
- To detect and prevent abuse
Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with Stripe (payment processing), Google (OAuth authentication), and law enforcement when legally required.
Data Retention
Account and usage data is retained for the duration of your account plus 90 days. You may request deletion by emailing us.
Security
Data is stored in encrypted PostgreSQL databases. Connections are encrypted via TLS. We perform daily automated backups.
Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing hello@fsbt.nlma.io. We respond within 30 days.
Cookies
We use session cookies for authentication only. No third-party tracking or advertising cookies are set.
