Acceptance
By accessing or using fsbt.nlma.io, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Description of Service
FSBT aggregates publicly available trustee-sale foreclosure listing data from law firm websites in VA, MD, and DC. Data is provided for informational purposes only.
Subscriptions and Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. Refunds are not issued for partial months. Cancel anytime via the billing portal.
Data Accuracy
Listing data is scraped from third-party sources and may be incomplete or outdated. FSBT makes no warranty regarding accuracy. Verify directly with the trustee or foreclosing attorney before acting.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to: scrape or bulk-export data for redistribution; use the Service for unlawful purposes; circumvent subscription restrictions; or reverse-engineer the platform.
Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND.
Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL FSBT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED AMOUNTS PAID IN THE PRIOR 30 DAYS.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia.
